Whether welcoming a new child, recovering from an injury, or managing illness, paid leave allows workers to take the time off from work they need while ensuring they’ll be protected from economic loss.

No one should have to choose between caring for themselves or a loved one or keeping a paycheck. That’s why life insurers are eager to work with private employers and government to expand this vital coverage for American workers and their families.
